Lesson Plan: Phases of the Moon Class: 8 Subject: Science Topic: Phases of the Moon Method: Activity-based using models Objectives: • Identify and name the different phases of the moon • Explain why the moon appears differently each night • Demonstrate the moon phases using a simple model Brief Description: I started the lesson with a simple question: "Have you noticed that the moon doesn't look the same every night?"
